Best Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Pound chicken breasts lightly for even thickness.
Pour olive oil into a 13" x 9" baking dish. Lightly coat the chicken with the oil, then place chicken breasts side by side in the dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken and rub it in with your hands. Ensure there is no overlap when placing the chicken breasts.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, until juices are clear.
Cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes while the juices settle before slicing.
