“Where do I begin... so much to say !

I started working with Coco in the beginning of June 2019. At the time I was 140lbs and my inflammatory levels were high (as per my doctor and own awareness of my body). In addition (as though the above wasn’t enough) my anxiety was through the roof, primarily in the morning, which greatly effected my commute (MTA, barf).
