Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250g) full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter

  • 2 tsp. stevia powder or 1/2 dropper liquid stevia

  • favourite garnish (such as 1/4 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp keto granola)

Instructions:

  1. Add the yogurt, nut butter and stevia into a small mixing bowl and whisk together using a hand mixer, until fluffy.

  2. Transfer the mix into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings to serve.
