Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies - Guilt-Free Recipe for Weight Loss by The Healthy Weight Loss Coach NYC

Ingredients:

  • avocado oil cooking spray

  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup arrowroot starch

  • 6 tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

  • 6 tbsp. organic butter, melted

  • 1 organic egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (we like the Enjoy Life brand)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil cooking spray.

  3. Mix flour, arrowroot starch, sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl.

  4. Mix butter, egg and vanilla extract in another bowl. Pour these wet ingredients into the previous bowl and mix.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Form dough into 8 balls and press onto baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden.
